I am very proud to be part of the massage therapy team at the Royal Free and here is what Keith Hunt, the Complementary Therapy Co-Ordinator has to say about my contribution:
"Kimberley has been with the team for some time. She is a kind and thoughtful therapist whilst always keeping a professional approach to patients on the wards.
She has made her own mark in setting up the clinic in the Macmillan Cancer Centre (a walk-in clinic for cancer patients being treated at the Royal Free Hospital).
She is happy working with with any medical condition and is a joy to have on the team."
I was chosen to set up and run the Macmillan Cancer Centre massage clinic (a walk-in clinic for cancer patients being treated at the Royal Free Hospital). Here is what the centre's manager, Alison Martin, says about my work:
'Kimberley makes a delightful addition to the team in the Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Centre. She is always very professional yet friendly and caring, she deals with people from all walks of life and manages to make each of them feel cared for, including the staff!!'
