Massage and Touch Therapy | London Bridge Massage gives you quality time for yourself, a space to just be.
Whether you're in a hurry and want a quick pick-me-up or you've got the time to enjoy a longer session, a massage will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and restored.
When people ask me what sort of massage I offer I tell them how I practise massage.
Why? Because I believe we are all different so I don't do a one-size-fits-all massage. Anyone can learn techniques and put them together to form a routine treatment, but that's not how I work. For me, the secret to a good massage lies in the quality of the touch and the therapist's ability to read people.
So how do I practise massage? I listen to what the client says and to what they don't, I observe what their body tells me and then I decide which massage strokes to use and how best to apply them. There might be an over-arching theme to the massage - to relieve muscle tension or to instil a sense of calm and relaxation - but as a rule, each massage is as individual as you are.
I also offer two massages that use a single technique to create a particular effect - the Ka huna and the Sarawak Sway. What are rules for, if not to be broken!
Whatever your choice of massage, if you're looking for something exceptional you've come to the right place.
