Gift Voucher Options

Terms and Conditions

  1. Gift vouchers are redeemable exclusively with Kimberley Pledger at Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms, 12 Stoney Street, Borough Market, London SE1 9AD
  2. Appointments must be booked with Kimberley Pledger directly on 07736 026054 or via email at Kimberley@kimberleypledger.com
  3. Appointments cannot be booked directly with the Neal’s Yard Therapy Rooms, Borough Market or with any other Neal’s Yard Remedies store or therapy room.
  4. Each initial massage therapy session includes a health and lifestyle consultation to ensure the massage provided best meets the needs of the client.
  5. Once booked, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment.
  6. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation may forfeit the session.
  7. Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked on another date
  8. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and for use of the named recipient only.
  9. No refunds will be given if the sessions are not redeemed within the time limits specified.
  10. Gift vouchers for a single massage therapy session must be redeemed within three months of purchase.
  11. Gift vouchers for six sessions of massage therapy must be redeemed within six months of purchase.
  12. Gift vouchers can be sent by first class delivery if required.
  13. The gift vouchers have no monetary value and can only be exchanged for the number and duration of massage therapy sessions specified on the voucher.

In rare instances, some health conditions may make massage unsuitable for some individuals.
